In many ways, our Treatment Coordinator is the face of our practice. You will be the first person our patients see when they arrive, and the voice of the practice when our patients contact us by phone. You will assist them in filling out any required paperwork, help them understand their payment options and insurance procedures, and assist them in scheduling future appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining patient records, and managing the operations of our front office.

While the ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience in a dental office, it is equally important that you have good interpersonal skills and can work well with the staff and public. Computer literacy and time management and organizational skills are also a requirement for the position.
